Flic Chastney is a self taught artist based in Woodinville, Washington.
She is a member of the Woodinville Arts Alliance and the Plein Air Washington Artists.
Her work has been shown in local galleries in the Seattle area.
During the current chapter in her life, Flic spends more time driving her kids around than doing anything else, so she likes to work small in the hope that her projects actually get finished!
